I don't know about your birds, but here are some games my birds like!
1. "Fly to the camera", Sherbet, he's my lovebird, loves this and I can get him doing it for hours . . . he sort of invented it himself, though. Here's what I do:
I set him on a surface at eye-level and aim my camera or other shiny object at him (the camera's the best 'cause you can catch his tricks on film!).
I then count to ten and he jumps from his perch and lands atop the camera, chirps, and flies back.
2. "Puzzled bird", this is a game I play with Anica, she's my other lovebird. It's not very exciting and I'm sure other birds do similar things. Ani will lie on her back in my hand and stick her feet up in the air. I give her a puzzle piece or similar object and she starts flipping it around using her beak and feet. Adorable!
3. "Flight", not really a game I guess, but Rahky, Keer, and Ash love it. I hope it's all right mentioning this, but I have a few of The Aviator HarnessĀ© . . . I wouldn't readily suggest anything else. Anyway, I slip the harness over my cockatiels and I take them outside. With a retractable leash in hand I allow my birds to fly and wander through the grass. They love it and I don't have to clip their wings.
4. "Bike ride", Rahky loves speed and motion. She's probably my favorite cockatiel. Using the same harness, I let her perch on my handle bars and tie the leash short so even if she did try to fly she wouldn't leave the handles. She likes to lean forward and whistle when we go down hills.
5. "Repeat", here's the only thing I can do that interests Jeremy. He's a very skittish cockatiel but he loves to whistle. I'll sit on my bed, pick up a book, and hide my face with it. He'll usually start whistling and when there's a pause I quickly start whistling myself, trying to echo the same tune. If I do it right, he'll whistle another, if I get it wrong he'll squawk harshly and repeat the same tune over again and again until I get it right. This goes on until one of us tires of it or another bird intervenes.
