My dad fought for a while saying "No. Birds are too messy." Well, he lost eight years ago when Mom brought home a green budgerigar quickly followed by a blue. Now here I am. I have a lovebird on my shoulder and a cocky on my knee while listening to the scoldings of one budgie to the next. Mom probably wishes she never let my sister give me a cockatiel after the budgies died, but Dad prefers my birds over the family cat. Although for some reason they all hate him; all he has to do is walk in the room and they all start shreiking and the most gentle of my birds have been known to march his arm and bite his ear. In short, my parents seem okay about me having birds . . .

My dad brought me up on birds.When we had our first bird it was a cockatiel named this weird name that i forgot, but when we got a pair and they hade babies,our first cockatiel started to attack them so he had to sell it.Then we got Mylo,(dad's indian ringneck) then these other birds but i forgot the name but they flew away,princess parrots,Pipi,(my beloved bird)budgies but they flew away too,Lorikeets,superb parrots and regent parrots.My whole family loves birds but Mum is just a learner.

My mum likes my birds but my dad i more in to his moter bikes and he only like one bird in the house and that i Coco (Corella) and the Green and Blue (Quaker)
